Hall of Fame
Point System
The Hall of Fame point system is designed for use as an aid to prospective candidates during the screening process of biographies submitted to the Hall of Fame Committee.
It is recommended that biographies formally submitted to the committee be prepared in a
structured manner, listing credentials chronologically by local, state & national level.
(Use Hall of Fame application form if possible.)

Additional information, not covered on the respective point system chart, should be listed separately.
Furthermore, candidates submitting biographies should have the following minimum point totals for that biography to be submitted to the Hall of Fame Committee for their consideration:
Bowling Achievement Category …….… 175 Points
Meritorious Service Category ……….…. 100 Points
Veterans Category ……………………..…... (See Basic Criteria)
Special Service Category …………….…….. (See Special Service Criteria)
To be eligible for the Bowling Achievement Category of the SJ USBC BA Hall of Fame, a
candidate must have participated in the South Jersey Annual Championships for a minimum of 10 years.
To be eligible for the Meritorious Service and/or Veterans Category of the SJ USBC BA Hall of Fame, a candidate must have bowled in the Annual South Jersey Championships at least 10 years and his/her achievements must span a minimum of 10 years.
To be eligible for the Special Service Category of the SJ USBC BA Hall of Fame, a candidate must have 15 years of continued service to South Jersey Bowling.
To be inducted into the Hall of Fame, a candidate must be approved by a 2/3
vote of the Hall of Fame Committee and then a majority vote of the Board of
Directors.
